Hamza Shehbaz took oath as Chief Minister Punjab
National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf administered oath to Punjab Chief Minister at a ceremony held at the Governor House Today. Earlier Governor Punjab Omar Sarfraz Cheema unprecedentedly rejected the resignation of former Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar claiming not constitutionally valid.
The Punjab chief secretary notified the assumption of charge by new Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz.
By taking oath as Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz became the 21st Chief Minister of Punjab province.
