Sources reported that Punjab’s school Education department has intended to change school timings in the area including Lahore from 1st March 2022.
As indicated by sources, the adjustment of timings was arranged because of an expansion in the daytime during summer. The school timings from March 01 could be from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, they said adding that at present the timings are from 8:45 am to 2:45 pm.

The PSED of the area has looked for suggestions from common instructive experts for change in timings and an ultimate choice would be taken once the interview is finished.
Two days back, the schools in Punjab have continued their educational activities with 100pc participation after a decrease in COVID-19 cases.
A limitation of 50% participation for lower classes in the instructive establishments in Punjab was forced by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) on January 17 because of the spread of Covid at a disturbing rate. The boycott stayed upheld for 27 days.
