Alibaba Founder Jack Ma Makes a Surprise Visit to Pakistan

Jack Ma, the co-founder of Alibaba, the Chinese tech giant, made a surprise visit to Pakistan on Thursday, according to a tweet by Azfar Ahsan, former Minister of State and Chairman Board of Investment, as well as the Founder of Nutshell Group.

Accompanying Jack Ma were a team of seven individuals, including five Chinese nationals, one American citizen, and one Danish citizen.

Azfar revealed that Jack Ma’s visit to Pakistan was purely for personal reasons, and he opted to stay in Lahore during his time in the country. Notably, even the China Embassy appeared to be unaware of the purpose and specific details of Jack Ma’s visit and activities in Pakistan, which added an element of mystery to the situation. Azfar further piqued curiosity by sharing a photograph from Jack Ma’s visit to a friend’s home in Lahore. The picture depicted the renowned entrepreneur in a casual environment, seemingly enjoying the graciousness and warmth of his host.
